I am a fully qualified Psychotherapist based in South County Dublin. I have a very busy practice. I am looking for a suitable, quiet space to work from.
Essential requirements.
1. Close to DART and Bus walking distance
2. Areas preferred Blackrock, dun Laoghaire, Sandycove, Glenageary
3. Exclusive access to room 24/7 - not looking to share.
4. Have my own furniture and want to bring with me
5. Monthly rent as I am looking for long term rental. Not willing to pay hourly or for blocks of time.
6. Ideal room size 150-180 feet with window, quiet and appropriate for mental health counselling
7. Absolute MAX budget per month including ALL rates,and bills etc E650-700
