Hello. Thanks for taking the time to read our ad. Myself and a band I am currently in are on the look out for potential rehearsal spaces. We are looking for a room/basement/attic that has electricity and is not in a residential area or is quite well insulated for sound. The hope is that we would be able to find a space that isn't being utilised at the moment that would make you some extra money on the side.
We would be able to tidy, clean and paint said space and pay monthly rental in return.
